antipodism

The term “antipodism” comes from the ancient Greek ἀντί, anti, against, and πούς, ποδός, poús, podós, foot: literally, to reject with the feet.
In antipodism classes you learn to reject objects with your feet.
If you are a juggler and are looking for another alternative to your juggling, if you dedicate yourself to the scene and manipulate elements, or are curious about juggling things with your feet, these classes can help you.
Within juggling, antipodism is one of the least seen techniques.
The objective is to transmit this legendary circus discipline and provide technical and creative tools for manipulating elements with the feet.
Juggling, manipulation, balance, contact, assembling figures, body movement on the floor, group games, are some of the topics seen throughout the class.
If you are interested in taking these classes to your educational institution, festival or to your home, write to me.
